A maintenance slug of glutaraldehyde 50 % at 200–500 ppm cuts viable SRB counts below 10 CFU · mL⁻¹.

Cleaning & Pig-Assist Packages

Prior to ILI or diameter-reducing pigs, lines require chemical conditioning.

Acid-based HCl 33 %/PBTC-50 blends dissolve iron-carbonate scale; biodegradable degreasers strip hydrocarbon film, allowing pigs to recover > 95 % debris in fewer runs.
