Scale-Control Inhibitors
Down-hole precipitation of carbonate and sulfate scales strangles flow and spikes work-over costs.
Xspiceo’s HEDP-60 % and PBTC-50 % deliver high-temperature stability above 220 °C and superior Ca²⁺ tolerance, while phosphoric acid blends seed a protective phosphate film in marginal wells. Custom dosage curves account for ionic strength, pH and water cut, ensuring minimal squeeze-treatment frequency and reduced NPT.
Corrosion Inhibitors
CO₂, H₂S and microbial by-products attack carbon steel relentlessly. Our zinc-organic hybrid packages (Zinc Chloride 85 % + triazole or MBT) form resilient passivation layers, while SDMDC-40 % scavenges dissolved oxygen under low-flow or shut-in conditions.
